For 10 min at the beginning of each session, students learn new social and emotional skills by taking Wisdom, the main character, on a journey to help the inhabitants of the Kingdom of Anger better manage their emotions

For 30 min thereafter, students practice those skills in real life through Hands-on Group Activities.

Posters, cards, puzzles, coloring sheets and other materials support these activities.
